Peanut butter blondies


¾ cup of peanut butter
⅓ cup of oil
1 cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of non dairy milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of baking powder
⅓ cup of peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish

Mix together the peanut butter, oil and sugar. A wooden spoon works well.

Stir in the milk and vanilla.

Add the flour, salt and baking powder.

Knead the dough or mix with the wooden spoon.

Sprinkle peanuts on top if using them. Some people skip the nuts and use crunchy peanut butter instead.

Put in the baking tray and bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
