Chocolate cheese cake

Chocolate lovers beware. This desert is magical.


3 cups medium tofu
1 cup margarine, melted
1 - 1½ cups dry sweetener
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
½ cup soy milk
1 graham cracker pie crust

In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a cheesecake pan that has been lined with a graham cracker crust. Chill for at least 12 hours before eating.

Graham cracker pie crust
1½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
2-3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp water
dash of salt

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a pie plate or cheesecake pan, using your fingers or the back of a spoon Makes one crust.
